Booking & cancellation terms
How booking works
You send a request on our website for an activity or a transfer. It reaches our team straight away.
Your booking is confirmed once our team has confirmed availability with you, on WhatsApp or by phone.
Payment
Activities: No online payment. You pay on site on the day of the activity, after your booking is confirmed.
Transfers and private transport: You pay the driver directly at the time of the service.
Cancellation
These rules apply to activities and to transfers and private transport services.
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled activity or transfer.
- Cancellation less than 24 hours before, or no-show: any amount paid in advance is non-refundable.
Changing the date or time
A change of date or time may be accepted, depending on Book Agadir Experience's availability.
Refunds
- If you have not paid anything in advance, there is nothing to refund.
- If you paid in advance and cancel at least 24 hours before, the advance payment is refunded in full.
- Late cancellation or no-show: the advance payment is non-refundable, as above.
Cancellation by Book Agadir Experience, weather and safety
If Book Agadir Experience has to cancel, or if weather or safety conditions prevent the activity or transfer, we first offer you another date or time.
If rescheduling isn't possible, any amount already paid is refunded. Your safety always comes first.
