What we collect
Only what you enter in a booking or transfer request:
- your name, your phone or WhatsApp number with its country code and, if you give it, your email address;
- the date of your activity or transfer, and the departure time for the quad;
- the activity or service, with the number of people, quads, buggies or jet skis;
- your pickup location or hotel;
- for transfers: the route or private trip, passengers, flight number and luggage;
- any notes you add;
- the language and the page of the website you used;
- if you arrived through an ad or a tagged link: the campaign tags of that link (utm_source, utm_campaign, utm_content), the Google Ads click identifier (gclid), the first page you opened and your choice in the cookie banner. Your booking is reported to Google Ads as a conversion only if you accepted the Google Ads cookies.
Why we use it
To handle your request: check availability, contact you on WhatsApp, by phone or by email, organise your activity, pickup or transfer, and arrange payment after availability is confirmed.
The campaign tags only tell us which of our ads or links brought the request.
We don't use your information for advertising and we don't sell it.
How your request is sent
When you send the form, our server checks it and forwards it, with a booking reference, as a message to the Book Agadir Experience team's chat on Telegram. The website itself doesn't keep your request in a database.
Our team then contacts you, usually on WhatsApp. Telegram and WhatsApp are messaging services run by other companies, with their own privacy policies.
Hosting
The website is hosted by Vercel. Like any website host, it processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages.
Cookies
Google Ads cookies, only if you accept them in the cookie banner: they measure our ads, for example whether a click on one of our Google ads led to a booking request or a WhatsApp message. They are not used to show you personalised advertising, and nothing from Google is loaded before you accept. Google Ads is a service of Google (Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC), with its own privacy policy.
You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookies" link at the bottom of every page. Your choice is saved in your browser.
If you switch between English and French, a small cookie remembers your choice of language.
Visits are counted with Vercel Web Analytics, anonymously and without cookies.
Contact us about your information
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent us: contact us on WhatsApp or by phone at +212 661 77 84 76.
